Job Title : RN Med / Surg& Stroke Unit

Location : Multiple Locations

Pay Rate : $40$60 / hour

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Medical / Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med / Surg Stroke and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Requirements :

At least two years of current Med / Surgexperience

Mandatory Stroke and Stepdown experience

Prior travel RN background is required

EPIC experience necessary

Valid RN license in applicable state

BLSrequired(ACLS a plus)

Solid clinical judgment and strong patient-care capabilities

Responsibilities :

Care for patients on Med / Surgand Stroke Stepdown floors

Monitor vitals neuro status and acute changes

Administer medications and execute nursing interventions

Work closely with physicians and allied health professionals

Assist in urgent stroke care and rapid assessments

Maintainclear documentation in EPIC EMR
