The Community Engagement / Sales Representative interacts with prospective patients to provide an overview of the clinical model of care that we employ within our Care Delivery clinics nationwide. The Community Engagement / Sales Representative executes local community events to promote and sell the Care Delivery clinical care model to prospective patients. The Community Engagement Representative performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative / operational / customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area / department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization / timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies / practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation / deviation and / or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to build community partnerships
• Strong entrepreneurial and ambition to meet sales goals and metrics
• 3 years of technical experience (MS office and Word)
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000 / 300,000 / 100,000 limits.

Preferred Qualifications

Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Pay Range : $45,400 - $61,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
