Primary Care Physician Fort Lauderdale, FL

Compensation : Base Salary $250K+ Incentive Bonus Signing Bonus up to $50K

Join a physician-led organization redefining primary care for a vulnerable and underserved senior population. We deliver coordinated, high-quality care to moderate- to low-income seniors with complex chronic conditions. Our model empowers physicians to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practicedthrough meaningful relationships, more time with patients, and an emphasis on quality over volume. With reduced patient panels and strong clinical support, youll have the time, tools, and autonomy to truly impact patient lives.

Role & Compensation

Base Salary : $250K+

Bonus : Up to 10% of base salary

Signing Bonus : Up to $50K

Partnership Track Available

Schedule : MondayFriday

Setting : 100% outpatient

Patient Volume : 1820 patients per day

Support Team : Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist

Patient Population : Seniors with 35 chronic conditions

Care Model : Value-Based Care

Requirements

Completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Board Certified / Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine

Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
