Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials in-process components and finished products.
• Document inspection results non-conformances and quality data accurately.
• Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment and tools according to schedule.
• Manage non-conforming materials including identification segregation and disposition.
• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Generate quality reports and analyze data using statistical process control (SPC) tools.
