Product Acceptance Specialist / Quality Inspector

Job Summary : Sparks Group is partnering with a leading Aviation company in order to fill multiple Product Acceptance / Quality Inspection openings. Ideally we arelooking for someone to help make sure the airplane parts and products produced meet all design and quality standards. This position is 100% on site Monday thru Friday business hours. Key Responsibilities :

• Check parts and materials to make sure they meet design and quality requirements.
• Keep records of inspection results as proof that everything was checked properly.
• Identify and report any problems or defects in parts or materials.
• Set aside any parts that don't meet standards and help decide what to do with them.
• Review paperwork to make sure it's correct and matches quality standards.
• Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure parts accurately.
• Perform both visual checks (looking for obvious damage or defects) and detailed measurements.
• Work with vendors and customers to resolve quality issues.
• Support and mentor other inspectors as needed.
• Hold special quality certifications (or "stamps") from at least three customers, showing you're qualified to inspect products for them.
