Key Responsibilities
Oversee partner success and strategic account management to maximize partner impact and performance
Implement performance-based sales culture and accountability systems to drive revenue growth
Build scalable operational infrastructure to support partner onboarding, training, and retention
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in field sales leadership or partner success roles
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through outside sales team leadership
Experience building and leading high-performing partner-facing teams
Direct experience with variable compensation models and KPI-driven sales systems
Operational fluency with Salesforce and business intelligence tools for planning and management
