ASIC Verification Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an ASIC Verification Engineering Manager to lead an ASIC Design Verification Team and drive innovation in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the ASIC Design Verification Team, overseeing verification test planning and execution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a DV strategy for first pass silicon success

Hire, train, and support a team of ASIC engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective product development

Required Qualifications :

15+ years of experience in ASIC / SoC design verification

5+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports

Expertise in design verification tools such as Synopsys VCS and Verdi

Proven success in first-pass ASIC development

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
