Job Opening : Warehouse Customer Service Representative (Henderson, NV) Experience required.

Company : Advantage Warehousing & Logistics

Position Type : Temp-to-Hire

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour

About the Role

Advantage Warehousing & Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our operations in the Henderson area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse-based customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries
  • Create and manage customer orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and updates
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order processing
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and system updates
  • Assist with daily operational tasks as needed to support a smooth workflow

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse CSR experience is required (freight scheduling, order entry, customer communication, etc.)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a logistics environment
  • Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
  • Availability to work full shift and transition into a long-term role

    Warehouse-appropriate attire required.
