A company is looking for a Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Assistant Property Manager and ensure proper execution of their tasks

Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, maintaining communication with residents

Manage properties in the assigned portfolio, including rent collection, lease renewals, and compliance with legal regulations

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Property Management experience

High School Diploma or GED

Active Real Estate License in GA, with reciprocity for other states if applicable

Experience using YARDI preferred
