Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Account Associates to enhance client acquisition and retention
Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to provide comprehensive client support and resolve issues
Oversee client onboarding and drive initiatives to improve workflow efficiencies and client experience
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or biotechnology industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated success in client retention and account growth
In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, AI applications, and the competitive landscape
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and team support
