This is a purpose-driven, relationship-first role. You get paid to have conversations that matter. A Day in the Life : Building Community and Trust

• Morning : You start your day with the "Core Loop" : having 5+ conversations focused on mutual learning and community support with local business owners. You then share thoughtful, value-driven insights on LinkedIn, building a personal brand centered on helpfulness and ethical AI adoption.
• Afternoon : You attend a local community event or non-profit gathering, using our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy to turn conversations into opportunities for shared growth and purpose-driven projects.
• Evening : You host the casual Weekly AI Meetup , creating a loyal, supportive following and a consistent source of leads that are aligned with our mission.
