What Youll Be Doing

  • Conduct in-home HVAC service visits with a primary focus on generating replacement opportunities
  • Perform basic diagnostics to identify issues and present repair replacement and upgrade options tailored to the customer
  • Upsell indoor air quality products accessories maintenance plans duct improvements and system enhancements
  • Educate homeowners on product benefits financing options and long-term value
  • Follow a proven sales process to hit and exceed daily weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Build strong rapport that leads to high performance and repeat business
  • Document recommendations and estimates clearly and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintain a clean organized service vehicle stocked with demo items and sales materials
