Key Responsibilities
Advises customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues prior to closing for commercial transactions
Communicates with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title-related issues
Follows standard procedures and guidelines while managing own workload and performing additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
Ability to communicate moderately complex information in routine situations
Understands how assigned duties relate to team integration and support
Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
