Join a fast-growing U.S. solar manufacturing operation as the Human Resources Manager. This role leads all HR and administrative functions for a busy 24 / 7 production environment and plays a key part in supporting a safe, well-organized, and people-focused workplace.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the primary HR leader for a high-volume manufacturing plant
• Drive workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training for a wide range of roles
• Support international talent processes, including visas and contractor coordination
• Foster employee engagement through culture initiatives, communication, and recognition programs
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, HRIS accuracy, and leave management
• Manage training programs for supervisors, leads, and frontline teams
• Lead administrative functions : office management, purchasing, visitor coordination, and facility support
• Supervise HR / administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
