Human Resources Manager Manufacturing Plant
Join a fast-growing U.S. solar manufacturing operation as the Human Resources Manager. This role leads all HR and administrative functions for a busy 24 / 7 production environment and plays a key part in supporting a safe, well-organized, and people-focused workplace.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary HR leader for a high-volume manufacturing plant
- Drive workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training for a wide range of roles
- Support international talent processes, including visas and contractor coordination
- Foster employee engagement through culture initiatives, communication, and recognition programs
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, HRIS accuracy, and leave management
- Manage training programs for supervisors, leads, and frontline teams
- Lead administrative functions : office management, purchasing, visitor coordination, and facility support
- Supervise HR / administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field57+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ in manufacturingStrong background in recruiting, employee relations, and complianceExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in high-volume manufacturing, solar, electronics, or automotive industriesBackground managing administrative or facility-support functionsWhats in it for you?
