We accept most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. The clinic also has a sliding fee scale based on income for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Fordland Clinic's Vision is to serve as a model of quality, affordable healthcare by offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, prevention and wellness services to all.
Education / Experience
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current State of Missouri license
- At least one (1) year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Benefits
Work hours
full-time, salary position. Kimberling City location is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm, most of our full-time providers work 4-day work weeks. Travel between clinic sites required and out of town events or trainings maybe required.
