About th is role :

As a Sleep Medicine Physician , you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work in a new state-of-the-art Sleep Lab and newly built clinic space .

• This position includes a $ 25,000.00 starting bonus , up to $ 2 0,000 .00 in relocation assistance depending on distance.
• You will practice in Denver at Intermountain Health Sleep Medicine
• Your position is full-time, and you hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• There are no 'on-call' duties with this position.

What you'll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• ACGME accredited r esidency training in Sleep Medicine
• ABMS b oard certification or eligibility in the Sleep Medicine
• Experience level req uired or preferred : Accepting all levels of experience
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
• Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
