Primary Responsibilities

Respond 24 / 7 to emergency water damage mitigation situations as part of a rotating on-call roster

Manage the production, including hands-on work as required for water damage mitigation per written scope of work

Provide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completion

Provide thorough documentation on projects (i.e. photos, contracts, etc.) while being open to feedback on how to improve at all times

Work safely in a team environment

Ensures all safety measures are enforced on job site

Qualifications

At least 2-5 years experience in restoration services (water damage preferred) (Required)

1-2 years of leadership experience (Required)

WRT certification (Required to achieve full time / team lead status)

Other industry relevant certifications that are current that can include : IICRC, ASCS, OSHA 30, MICRO CMI / CMRC

Working knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is a strong plus

Must be a self-starter

Able to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environment

Excellent Customer Service skills

Able to coordinate a team as an effective leader to achieve production goals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read and interpret Xactimate reports required for scope of work

Working knowledge of basic PC operations, smartphone usage, and ability to take clear photos for documentation

Exhibit a professional, neat appearance

Ability to lift 75 lbs

Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record (Required)

Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test (Required)

Poly Spun "Tyvek" style suits with hood and foot protection

Shoe covers, Knee Pads, and Muck Boots

Fall protection for aerial work
