Manager, Operations Escrow - US Based Remote

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Recruit, select, and manage talent. Foster a culture of teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement. Develop leadership skills in Supervisors. Ensure adequate resources to meet service expectations. Build strong relationships with brand leaders.

Collaboration and Service : Act as the primary contact for regional leaders. Handle critical escalations and local leadership questions. Collaborate with the National Operations Center leadership team on interdependencies. Work with finance and accounting to improve practices. Ensure team performance against KPIs.

Operational Oversight : Ensure all escrow support tasks are completed accurately and timely. Monitor workflow dashboards to maintain up-to-date task lists without overdue items. Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents, tax certificates, HOA certificates, surveys, payoff statements, and lien releases. Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all real estate transactions.

Risk Management : Identify and assess risks associated with escrow transactions. Implement measures to mitigate identified risks. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Process Improvement : Design and optimize processes. Drive standardization and adherence to processes. Gain efficiencies through automation, outsourcing, and cross-training. Develop controls to mitigate operational risk. Use feedback to continuously improve service.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in escrow support or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Multi-State experience in real estate transaction processing and customer service. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in using escrow and real estate software systems. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands effectively.
