POSITION SUMMARY

Discovery Place is hiring a TemporaryMembership Sales Associate to help grow our member base and keep current members engaged. This role combines direct sales with phone and email outreach to prospects and existing members.

The Temporary Membership Assistant's primary responsibility will be to manager customer correspondence via the membership phone line and the membership email in-box. provide forward-facing, on-site customer service to Discovery Place Members. Additionally, they will be responsible for processing memberships in our database.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries received through the Membership phone-line and Membership email within 24 hours.
• Work as a team member in concert with other Membership Associates and Assistants to ensure processing and mailing of new and renewed memberships in a timely manner
