Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis :

Review KPIs, budgets, and monthly / quarterly financial results.

Business Partnering :

Support school finance teams (Finance Managers and Directors) in interpreting results, asking the right questions, and identifying opportunities or risks.

Insight & Reporting :

Prepare analysis and summaries for leadership, highlighting key trends, anomalies, and actionable recommendations.

Collaboration :

Work closely with each school's finance team to guide planning discussions, support operational decisions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.

Background in FP&A

Strong analytical and technical skills with a focus on KPIs, variance analysis, and trend identification.

Comfortable operating as a business partner and communicating insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Experience supporting multiple business units or sites is highly desirable.

Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
