BLP is currently in search of a versatile and dynamic professional to fill the role of Executive / Marketing Assistant for our East Coast region, located in our New Jersey office. This multifaceted position requires an individual with high organizational proficiency, acute attention to detail, and a genuine passion for contributing to both marketing endeavors and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office to support a regional team, including but not limited to office resources, supplies, and equipment.

Assist in organizing office events, broker events, and team projects.

Process expense reimbursement for regional executives and assigned staff, along with travel needs.

Provide administrative support to executives and the regional team.

Collaborate with marketing staff to ensure seamless marketing projects and campaigns.

Assist with social media accounts and content creation, including updates, posting, and engagement.

Ensure consistency with branding and messaging across all channels.

Code invoices for payment through our Yardi accounting system.

Flexibility and a willingness to learn new platforms, applications, and workflows.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Should Bring

3‑5 years minimum of combined office management and executive assistance experience with proven experience in a marketing support role.

Prior experience in commercial real estate, particularly in a support role, is a plus.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to create and edit graphic materials, brochures, and website updates as needed.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Strong project management and time‑management skills.

Compensation Details

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Newport Beach, California is $100,000 – $120,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance‑based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi‑state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

401K : Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar‑for‑dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. Employees must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the company for at least 60 days.

Vacation time : accrue 3.38 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.

11 paid holidays per year.

Sick time : accrue 1 hour per 30 hours worked, capped at 48 hours.

Parental leave : following 6 months of employment, eligible for four weeks as primary caregiver or two weeks as secondary caregiver; following 2 years, eligible for 12 weeks as primary caregiver.

Tuition reimbursement : up to $5,000 per year of pre‑approved tuition expenses, with repayment obligations if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
