[job_card.job_description]Base Salary : US$95,000 per year (negotiable based on experience) Additional Earnings : Car allowances, Monthly commissions, bonuses and profit sharing COMMISSIONS ARE UNCAPPED! Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales within North America, with a proven track record of successfully growing a sales territory. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills : Strong self-management, initiative, and leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Travel : Comfortable with frequent travel and long-distance driving for business purposes. Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop and nurture strong relationships with current customers through regular sales visits and proactive engagement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Sales Campaigns : Design and execute effective sales campaigns to drive revenue growth from both new and existing customers. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Budget Assistance : Support management in budgeting by analyzing sales data, gross margins, and product mix. Provide insights to optimize financial performance.
- Market Knowledge : Stay informed about market trends, product developments, pricing changes, building code updates, and advancements in HVAC technology.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports as required.
- Travel : Engage in significant travel to meet business demands and explore new opportunities. This may include attending sales calls, conferences, and trade shows.
