Our client in Fort Worth is looking for a dynamic professional to help them expand and strengthen their membership base. This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity! They need a Director of Membership who will be the driving force behind their membership growth and retention. This is a sales-oriented, customer-focused role that requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a “jack of all trades.” You’ll be the face of the company to prospective members, ensuring they understand the value of joining, while also nurturing strong relationships with current members. Requirements :

• Recent sales experience focused on recruitment and retention
• Skilled at relating to a variety of customers – balances poise and integrity with a service mentality
• Strong work ethic
• Demonstrates confidence coupled with humility
• Tenacious, able to persevere through sales challenges and setbacks
• Flexible about hours, responsive to membership needs, willing to be available
• Adaptable to changing processes and priorities

Hours : Monday – Friday 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm or 8 : 45am - 5 : 45pm

NOTE : events / meetings will require some evening work

Benefits :

Salary / Pay rate : $54,000 / yr., potential for bonuses
