As Central Services Clerk I for Mail Distribution department, duties include the following :

• Sort data bags containing inter-branch envelopes, small boxes and various bags.
• Receive incoming items from FEDEX, UPS, ONTRAC, US mail and couriers throughout the day.
• Pick up / deliver inter-office mail and boxes multiple times a day.
• Looking for unscanned items and box checks for retention.
• Scan proof work.
• Work with multiple applications on the PC.
• Operate mailing machines.

Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills required.
