[job_card.job_description]Sales & Consultation : Provide expert consultations and pricing for major service jobs such as sewer repairs, trenchless installations, and multi-day service tasks. Oversee service technicians and ensure installations are completed to high standards. Communicate directly with clients to assess problems, discuss solutions, and close sales. Handle customer leads, generate quotes, and follow up on inquiries. Visit job sites to ensure the installation or service is completed per proposal and client satisfaction. Track and report weekly sales, leads, and performance metrics to your immediate supervisor. Work with Service manager and service technicians to ensure job completion, quality control, and smooth operations. Proven experience in a similar role within the plumbing or drain / sewer industry. Must possess advanced knowledge of drain and sewer systems, including trenchless pipe repairs, video inspections, and water jetting. Strong sales skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly manner. $1,250,000). Must be able to work independently while managing time and customer relations effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Required for travel to job sites. Background in trenchless technology, major service jobs, and sewer line repair. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms. Sales or management training in technical fields is a plus. Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.
