Plumbing Careers at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing offer paid holidays and vacations, uniforms, 401K and company vehicles. Shifts are Mon-Fri 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm or 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm and looking to offer Tues-Sat shifts as well as exploring 4 ten hour days in lieu of 5 eight hour days.

PAYSCALE : Based on experience starting pay is $15 / hr, increases to $17.50 / hr after 90 days of satisfactory performance, increases $1.00 / hr every 6 months until you reach $20 / hr.

JOB SUMMARY

Apprentice Plumbers will be helping Journeyman Plumbers servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems for clients.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn how to utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wear floor savers while in the clients home and maintains a neat work area
• Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly.
• Learn how to explain services performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed.
• Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
