  • CRM & Tech Ninja : You navigate HubSpot, Salesforce, and office software like a pro.
  • Memory of an Elephant : You remember details that others forget.
  • Scheduling Genius : Booking, confirming, following up—you do it all with precision.
  • People Enjoy Talking to You : You’re a natural at building rapport.
  • Cool Under Pressure : You stay calm and collected, even when things get hectic.

Experience :

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Bonus points for an outbound sales background
  • 3+ years of customer service or administrative support
  • Construction or manufacturing industry experience? Even better!
  • Tech-savvy : leveraging AI, CRM tools, and office software is second nature to you

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Be the First Impression : You’ll reach out to warm B2B leads who inquire through our website—no cold calling, just real, meaningful conversations.
  • Sell Without Selling : Your goal is to engage, build trust, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our Business Development Reps (BDRs).
  • Prequalify Like a Pro : You’ll ask the right questions, collect key details, and assess fit before booking appointments.
  • Problem-Solve on the Fly : No two leads are the same, but that doesn’t faze you. You think fast, adapt quickly, and keep things moving.
  • Master of Process & Precision : Updating CRM records, tracking interactions, and keeping every detail in check is second nature to you.
  • Help Us Improve : You’ll provide valuable feedback to refine our outreach and sales process—because we’re always evolving.

    • Compensation & Details :

  • Location : On-site in Houston, TX (77041)
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, occasional evening or weekend coordination
  • Employment type : Full-time position with medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits
  • Compensation range : $55,000-$70,000 DOE
  • Dress code : Business casual
