Sagebrush Counseling is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, grounded, and mission-driven therapists who feel called to work with older adults in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

Sagebrush Counseling is a Colorado-based mental health practice dedicated to providing services across a wide range of settings. We offer individual therapy, family and group services, clinical supervision, and integrated behavioral health support through a flexible and collaborative model that meets both clients and clinicians where they are.

Our team includes hybrid and telehealth-only clinicians, as well as contract counselors who work with diverse populations in the community. We serve adolescents, adults, and older adults through outpatient therapy, long-term care and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), community programs, and virtual platforms. As we continue to expand, Sagebrush Counseling is building a strong presence in nursing facilities, offering behavioral health services that support residents, families, and facility care teams.

Clinicians have the freedom to design schedules that fit their lives while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

For clinicians who need it, we provide office space, clinical supervision, and training in working with older adults, grief, dementia, and end-of-life care. Whether supporting clients through major transitions or guiding them toward emotional regulation and resilience, every member of our team contributes to the shared vision of offering grounded, accessible, and high-quality mental health care.
