Data Center Recruiting Sourcing Recruiter

Our client's Data Center Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused Sourcing Recruiter to join their global recruiting organization. You will be supporting technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients.

Core Responsibilities :

• Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical using multiple sourcing techniques.
• Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelines.
• Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
• Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
