Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities :

• Perform audits of policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance to program / contract, company, customer / government, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements.
• Conduct research and use benchmarking to industry standards.
• Conduct quality system / process reviews, provide customer interface, and ensure preventive and corrective action.
• Review products, processes, equipment, and measurement systems.
• Develop or utilize statistical process improvement methods.
• Provide technical expertise to company employees,suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensures compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements to assure quality system compliance.
• Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System.
