Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Own the project-level relationship with strategic customers from kickoff through go-live and stabilization

Lead complex software implementations across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with customer agreements

Monitor project progress, risks, and issues while providing executive-level status reporting on project health

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing the implementation of enterprise software solutions

Proven success in delivering long-running implementations (6+ months)

Experience leading matrixed teams across internal functions and external partners

Strong SaaS industry experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments

PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification preferred but not required
