Local Team Collaboration :

  • Join our close-knit team of 34 physicians and 2 APPs at MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital.

Qualifications :

  • Board-certified / eligible in internal or family medicine.
  • 2026 graduating residents encouraged to apply.
  • ACLS and BLS certified.
  • We proudly sponsor H1b visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing feels for the visa are covered by Sound.

    • Practice in the Heart of the Community

    Flexible Scheduling :

  • Full-time day positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to codes and rapids.
  • Closed ICU and no procedural requirements.

  • Compensation : Yearly salary is over $288K, depending on the number and variety of shifts worked.
