Join our team as a Marketing Analyst and play a key role in driving client engagement, content coordination, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Developed reports using Power BI and Excel to analyze sales performance, evaluate agent efficiency within the program, and optimize the use of various MGAs, supporting both strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyzed internal performance indicators to assess the company's current state and enhance decision-making processes.
• Design and compile presentation decks and business reviews using Excel and Canva.
• Manage documents and photo releases.
• Coordinate with writers and third-party editors to meet content deadlines.
• Organize inbound leads and maintain internal communication calendars.
• Oversee company memberships and maximize benefits.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or currently pursuing one).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in Canva.
• Excellent English communication, reading, and writing skills.
