Job Opportunity – Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist – Remote (U.S.)

Start Date: March 2, 2026

Location: Remote (anywhere within the U.S.)

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CT (includes weekend coverage and applicable holidays). Potential overtime based on operational needs.

• Serve as an educator and resource to improve documentation completeness and compliance
• Opportunity for overtime and engagement with high-acuity patient populations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• One of the following credentials: RHIT, RHIA, RN, RRT, CCS, CCS-P, or International/Domestic Medical Degree
• CDIP or CCDS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist
• At least 12 months of recent production-level CDI experience required
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
