- TRAINS PERSONELL IN THE AREAS OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND PRESENTATION
- ACTS TO ENSURE THAT ALL GUARANTEED PRICING OF AD ITEMS OR SPECIAL SALE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED
- DEVELOPS CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND CONFIDENCE THROUGH PROPER EMPLOYEE TRAINING
- RESPONSIBLE FOR REQUIRED INVENTORY TURN WITHIN THE DEPT.
- EXERCISES TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE WHEN PRODUCT INTEGRITY IS IN QUESTION
- ASSISTS IN SPECIAL IN-STORE PROMOTIONS AS NEEDED
- INSURES PERFORMANCE LEVEL REQUIREMENTS (PRODUCTIVITY)
- INSURES THAT CONTROLABLE EXPENSES ARE WITIN THE REQUIRED LEVEL
- RESPONSIBLE FOR APC (AD PROFIT CONTROLS)
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRAINING AND COORDINATION OF ALL DAILY DUTIES OF OTHER MET DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES EITHER PERSONALLY OR BY MAKING SURE TECH HELP IS PROVIDED.
