Assistant Manager

As an assistant manager, you will play a key role in overseeing in-store operations alongside the general manager.

Requirements :

  • Ability to work a 45-hour week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
  • Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations towards store improvements and employee development

  • Provide quality customer service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction
  • Build trust with employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork
