Job Description

  • Graduate of a Physical Therapy school approved by the American PT Association; Council

of Medical Education of the A.M.A. collaboration with American Physical Therapy Association; or The Council

on Medical Education of Hospitals for the American Medical Association; Registered by the State of Michigan.

  • Preference of at least one (1) year of institutional experience.
  • Current Michigan driver’s license and / or reliable transportation with proof of automobile insurance of personal vehicle for business use.
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Conduct physical assessments and mobility evaluations
  • Provide structured exercises and treatment
  • Update therapy plans as needed
  • Communicate goals and safety procedures to families
