Mailroom Supervisor – Law Firm Environment | $20–$22 / HR | Addison, TX

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a hands-on Mailroom Supervisor to lead daily operations for a law firm’s central mailroom in Addison, TX. This full-time, Monday–Friday role is ideal for an experienced mailroom professional who excels at organization, leadership, and time-sensitive logistics. If you enjoy keeping operations moving behind the scenes and thrive in a legal or corporate setting, this opportunity is for you.

Location : Addison, TX | 100% Onsite

Pay : $22.00 – $25.00 / hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Type : Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail processes, including legal documents, packages, and courier services
  • Supervise a small mailroom team—assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with legal teams, administrative staff, and vendors to prioritize mailroom support
  • Maintain records of deliveries, tracking logs, and shipping documentation
  • Monitor inventory of mailing supplies, postage, and shipping materials
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality protocols
  • Operate postage machines, scanners, and other mailroom equipment
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure time-sensitive legal material is routed properly
  • Train new staff and uphold safety and efficiency standards in daily operations

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in mailroom operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
  • Working knowledge of USPS, FedEx, UPS, and shipping protocols
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of mail tracking systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
