A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support various accounting functions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including AP and AR transactions in QuickBooks
Support the monthly closing process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Analyze financial data and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of bookkeeping / accounting experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Strong knowledge of AP / AR, journal entries, and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
