The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities to include inventory control, loss prevention, as well as shipping and receiving documentation. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the rotation of inventory within the warehouse by preparing shipments, stage and verify incoming material, and use powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.)
- Load and unload goods to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
- Notify managers of any major maintenance issues encountered
- Properly use Timekeeping App to ensure appropriate and accurate time-management
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company's safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures
- Ensure that all safety procedures remain a priority by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Obtain and maintain forklift certification
