Key Responsibilities
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define scope and budget
• Source and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare bid proposals and assist in tender submissions
• Track project costs and update estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
• Maintain a database of historical costs and pricing trends

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in estimating (construction, manufacturing, or relevant industry)
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
