Salary range : $123K-$185K

Reporting To :

US Chief Delivery Officer (CDO)

Primary Responsibilities :

The Program Manager (PM) will provide management and leadership direction for the design, development, and manufacturing of Avionics hardware including Command and Data Handling (C&DH) Units and mission Computers. These programs may be Customer defined or Internal Research and Development (IR&D) projects. The PM shall perform the following duties : 1) Manage all activities associated with the Development, Manufacturing, and Qualification Testing for DOD & Aerospace Contracts, 2) support proposal preparation in conjunction with business development personnel, and 3) Determine program requirements, budget and program control mechanisms utilizing Earned Value Techniques to effectively track and measure results, schedules, expenditures, labor and other aspects of the program.

The PM acts as a primary interface between the customer, corporate team members, and partners providing regular status on achieving assigned program goals and objectives. The individual must be able to plan, organize, and manage multiple programs / projects of varying size and complexity and support the preparation of proposals in response to both commercial and government RFPs including cost, schedule, and tec

Additional duties may include contract negotiations through contract award, presenting briefings to company and customer management, review and recommending process improvements for existing systems / products at Aitech, and preparation of business cases for new business.

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Education, and Experience :

• 2+ years of experience as a program, or project manager with EVMS on electronics development programs.
• 5+ years in a management capacity
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project.
• A BS degree in a related field (Engineering discipline preferred)
