The Opportunity

As the Learning and Development Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to be responsible for day-to-day administration of the learning management system, including publishing courses, managing users and permissions, troubleshooting learner issues, running reports, maintaining data quality, and improve processes and the learner experience. You will also be responsible for providing operational support to the broader Talent Management and Learning Team with opportunity to grow skills in program support and facilitation.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings to support organizational training needs.
• Provide administrative support for Leadership Development programs and additional trainings, including new hire orientation.
• Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System including managing content, tracking learner progress, generating reports and resolving user issues.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand knowledge and performance gaps and devise custom training solutions to support business needs.

Pay Transparency

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $59,000.00$80,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and / or education.
