Location : Scottsdale, AZ (100% on site, must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ to be considered)

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Owner to join our dynamic healthcare team. This candidate will report to the Product Manager and assist with healthcare software product development. You will work closely with the Product Manager and the development team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Reinforce the defined product vision.
• Manage product roadmaps, calendars and processes with a focus on strategic alignment and execution.
• Maintain and refine the team backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with milestones and deliverable dates.
• Write detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories to guide development efforts.
• Help to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Provide input on wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to align with product vision and regulatory standards.
• Perform functional testing of new features and updates to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Continuously improve processes for ticket grooming, sprint planning and product documentation.
• Monitor and report on sprint performance, velocity and productivity.
• Provide regular updates on product, sprint, and resource performance.
• Foster a collaborative environment.
