Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Establish and manage multiple projects to deliver desired business outcomes within scope, time, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams utilizing Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and transition plans.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks to senior leadership as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
