Content Marketing Specialist

A company is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to develop and deliver engaging content for various platforms to attract high-quality applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms to convey the company's Employee Value Proposition

Manage the creation of multi-channel assets, including articles, newsletters, and videos, while maintaining a content calendar

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to track, measure, and optimize content performance and campaigns

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in campaign content management / creation

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and / or experience; Master's degree is a plus

Science / technology background is preferred

Experience in integrated communications teams is advantageous

Familiarity with key talent-facing channels such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
