Your Role

The Logistics Manager is responsible for the distribution, receiving, and material handling operations at the Lenexa, KS and Sinking Spring, PA sites. Role is based in Lenexa, KS with approximately 10% travel to Sinking Spring, PA. Team size is 20 individuals with 12 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and cGMP requirements in all activities.
• Lead, train, and develop staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations, including material handling, shipping, and receiving.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to distribution operations.

Pay Range for this position : $123,000 $190,800
