About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience, travel experience strongly preferred

License : Active RN license required

Certifications : BLS, NRP

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience with patient ratios of 6
• Charting system experience preferred

Description :

Preferred start date is 01 / 05 or 01 / 19.

The role will require working 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week period.

May be required to float to similar units.

Candidates should possess experience in the specialty area.

Skills include administration of blood products, antepartum care, and breastfeeding education.

Proficiency in newborn assessments and postpartum care is required.

Additional skills required are phlebotomy, isolation precautions, and pain management.

The unit has a daily census of 6 with 16 beds available.

Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as therapy and social services.

Candidates must be available to complete all necessary lab items promptly upon accepting the offer.

Travel experience is preferred.
