Donor Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Manager responsible for overseeing donor database operations and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage donor databases, ensuring data integrity and overseeing gift processing

Coordinate fundraising campaigns and analyze performance data for future improvements

Develop donor stewardship strategies and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting

Minimum 3 years experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple assignments
