We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. This position focuses on finding new clients, helping production teams be on task, overseeing production and installations for all signs, quoting customer signage and generating leads to drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and maintain sales signage at approved locations

Identify and reach out to potential clients and customers

Generate and track sales leads

Help with sign production when needed

Assist with promotions and local marketing efforts

Represent the Pro Signs Solutions Inc brand professionally in the community

Requirements :

Strong communication and people skills

Reliable and self-motivated

Ability to work independently

Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Must have reliable transportation

Sign industry knowledge and plus

Compensation :

Hourly rate $22-25 wage and 5% commission-based structure (to be discussed)
